Foundation is a 24/7 gym, so you can train whenever it suits you, not when a timetable says so. Shift workers, early risers, busy parents and anyone who likes a quiet gym will all find a time that works.
Once you're a member, you can come in at any hour of the day or night. Access is for members only, using secure entry, so the people training alongside you are fellow members rather than the general public.
We'll walk you through exactly how entry works during your induction, so your first late-night or early-morning visit feels straightforward.
Quiet hours for a calm workout
Some people love a busy gym. Others would much rather have a bit of space. With access around the clock, you can choose the quieter times when there's no wait for equipment and you can settle into your own routine.
That can make a real difference if you're new, a little self-conscious or simply prefer peace and quiet while you train. Many older members find a calm, uncrowded gym the easiest place to build a steady habit.
Fits around work, family and the weather
Summers on the Fraser Coast can be hot, and plenty of people prefer to exercise in the cooler parts of the day. Others work shifts, care for family or have unpredictable weeks. A 24 hour gym means your workout can move with your schedule.
Before work, while the house is still asleep
In a lunch break or between school runs
After a late shift
On weekends at whatever hour suits you
Staffed hours and support
Being open around the clock doesn't mean you're on your own. Every new member gets an induction on how the equipment works, and our staffed hours will be confirmed before we open on Tuesday 2 March 2027. Those are the best times to ask questions or get a hand with something new.
Frequently asked questions
Can I really use the gym at any hour?
Yes. Members have access 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, including weekends and public holidays. You'll be shown how entry works during your induction so you can come and go whenever suits you.
When will staff be on site?
Staffed hours will be confirmed before we open on 2 March 2027. In the meantime, membership prices are on our membership page, with founding memberships from $17.95 a week.
Is a 24/7 gym suitable if I'm new to exercise?
It can be a great fit. Quieter hours give you room to learn at your own pace, and your induction covers how the equipment works. If you have a health condition, check with your GP or physio before starting.
Founding memberships from $17.95 a week, with no joining fee and classes included. Your rate stays for as long as you stay a member. We open on Tuesday 2 March 2027.
