Made for holidaymakers and travellers

Burrum Heads fills up with holidaymakers, caravanners and grey nomads, especially through the cooler months. Plenty of them have a training routine at home they'd rather not lose for a month on the road.

Visitor passes are for people visiting the area. If you live locally, a membership will work out much better value, and founding memberships are the lowest prices we'll ever offer.

What you'll find inside

Commercial Life Fitness and Hammer Strength equipment, a full set of dumbbells and barbells, cardio machines and a separate studio for group classes. It's the kind of setup you'd expect in a big-city gym, a short drive from the beach.

Our five group classes cover strength, balance, mobility and low-impact fitness, so a casual class is a good way to keep moving if you'd rather not train on your own.

Visiting from nearby?

The gym is in Burrum Heads, with parking next to the IGA. It's about 15 minutes from Toogoom and around half an hour from Howard and Hervey Bay, so it's an easy trip from most holiday spots on this stretch of the coast.

Yes. Casual gym entry is $15 for a single visit, and a casual group class is $18. From opening day on Tuesday 2 March 2027.
Can locals buy a visitor pass?
Visitor passes are for people visiting the area, not local residents. If you live locally, have a look at our memberships, which work out much cheaper per visit.
